Devi Temple
The
temple is located in Patan Village at 2km from SHINDKHEDA
on Surat – Shirpur Road in Dhule District in maharashtra.
The place is a nice looking natural site to visit. Established
on the bank of Burai River.
Architecture of Temple
: The temple is build up in Hemandpanthi Purwabhimukh
style of ancient times inside the fort looking place.
The temple is an excellent artwork of ancient times. There is
a big hall called ‘Sabhamandap’ apposite temple. The dimensional
details of ‘Sabhamandap’ can be found in ‘Gazetteers of India’
published by British Rulars in 1850.
In Sabhamandap on right hand side there is a Lord
Shree Gasneshas murti and on the left hand side there is a murti
of Lord Vishnu as ‘Varah Avatar’ which is belived to be rare to
find .

2) Namsaptaaha : 5th Bhadrapad Shudha to 12Bhadrapad Shudha (Panchami
to dwadashi)
